Individual Psychotherapy
Individual Psychotherapy entails a one-on-one session between you and a qualified therapist. Each session is a collaborative effort between you and the therapist – you will be encouraged to talk about your concerns, and in return, the therapist will act as a listening ear and provide you with useful coping techniques, helpful guidelines, and more.
Family Counseling
If you are experiencing family issues such as a conflict between parents and children, substance abuse, or mental illness and how it impacts your whole family, or other family discord, we highly suggest you and your family members to go to a Family Counseling. Unlike individual therapy, family members are seen together. During each session, family members are encouraged to talk to each other and to open up about their concerns. Each session will be handled by a qualified therapist who can provide guidance, useful coping techniques, and helpful assistance for the family.
Adult’s Therapy
Adult’s Therapy is beneficial for adults who are experiencing relationship, behavioral, and/or emotional struggles. During each session, you will be encouraged to open up, to examine your emotions and relationships, and to evaluate your behaviors. A qualified therapist will work closely with you so you can better understand, cope with, and overcome your emotional, relationship, and behavioral struggles by providing guidance, teaching you better coping skills, and they can help you address any issue that is preventing you from achieving your goals.
Couples Counseling
Are you experiencing relationship troubles? Are you experiencing communication problems? Are you dealing with problems such as financial issues, infidelity, and other issues that are affecting your relationship? Do you want to strengthen your bond with your partner, and better understand each other? If you said yes to any of these questions, you should consider Couples Counseling. Couples Counseling is designed to help you recognize and resolve your conflicts, to help you rebuild or better understand your relationship, or to help you make the decision whether you should stay together or go on separate ways.
Parenting Classes

Anger Management
Anger is a natural feeling and everyone gets angry at one point or another. However, when your anger is starting to get out of control, and when it is starting to negatively affect your relationships, work, and life in general, it may be time for you to consider Anger Management classes. During each session, you will be taught on how to identify and avoid your triggers, anger management skills, breathing and calming techniques, and other solutions that can help you.
Group Counseling
Are you not comfortable with one-on-one therapy sessions? If you would rather be a part of a group where you can listen to others and share your story to people who have gone through similar experiences, you can benefit from our Group Counseling. Group Counseling involves a small and intimate group of people with similar problems. During each session, members of the group are encouraged to share their stories and to listen to others. Group counseling reminds you that you are not alone.
